Woman of the Most High God: What are you doing about the great commission?

Jesus commanded us to go into all the world and preach the gospel. We must tell others about Jesus, and how much he loves us. There are those who have not received Jesus as their savior. They are lost and on their way to a devil’s hell.

Jesus doesn’t want you to go to hell. He is not willing that any perish but that all come to repentance. We must tell them what a terrible place hell is. It’s a place of torment, no peace for all eternity. A place you don’t want to go to. The place of no return.

Not everyone is going to heaven. Money will buy your way into heaven. Being good won’t get you there either. Only those washed in the blood of Jesus. Church, when is the last time you won a soul for Christ? Are you letting your light shine? Our light must shine before a lost and dying world.

We must be telling people that Jesus loves them, and he cares for them. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done or where you’ve been, Jesus loves you. You must call on the name of Jesus and he will save you. Though your sins be as scarlet, Jesus will make you white as snow. He will put your since in the sea of God’s forgiveness. Not to be held against you anymore.

As for me and my house, I will serve the Lord. I want to do what he has called me to do—winning souls for Jesus. I don’t want anyone to miss heaven. Jesus is our only hope. He is the way, truth, and the life. No one can go to heaven only through the blood of Jesus. Where there is no vision, people perish. Have you as a Christian lost the vision for souls? When is the last time you witnessed to someone?

We were born to serve the Lord. Jesus told us to go and not sit. We should be busy every day working for the Lord. Search me O God and know my heart. Try me O Savior and search my heart. My prayer is, “Create in me a clean heart O Lord.”

Jesus gave his all for us. What are we giving him? We need laborers in the field. But people just want to sit and not work period are you willing to work in the fields of the Lord today? What about the lost in our city? Only what we do for Christ will last period work for the night is coming where no man shall work. You will be held accountable for what you do. Work while it is day.

Yours in Christ Jesus,

Rev. Teresa Reid
