Woman of the Most High God: It’s the midnight hour!

We are drawing closer to the coming of the Lord every day. Look at the earthquakes and hurricanes we have just had in the last few weeks. Look at the damage, homes destroyed, lives were lost, even children, businesses destroyed, no drinking water and no food. The Red Cross and the Samaritan purse and other organizations stepped in and helped the people. Mon power went down to help restore power and help move people to safety. What is our part to do? What would God have us to do?

Yes, we need to pray for them. They say global warming is playing a big part in these storms and that storms will continue to be. It’s only in the past we have heard about global warming. Matthew 24:1-14 tells us some of the signs of the end times. Does Jesus know what’s going on? Yes, Jesus knows everything, he neither slumbers nor sleeps.

These verses tell you what is going to happen before the great day of the Lord. We need to be aware of what is happening before us. Jesus is surely coming soon. There is nothing that needs to happen before the rapture of the church. This could be the day Jesus comes to get his children. Are you ready if he would come today? Are you watching and waiting for his return?

It will happen in the blink of an eye, that fast. People think they have plenty of time, but we don’t have the promise of tomorrow. Today is the day of salvation, tomorrow may never come. Young people you don’t have plenty of time period young people you are dying every day.

The Bible tells us that when Israel starts going back to their homeland, Jesus will come again. We are seeing that today, along with other signs in Matthew 24:1-14. Look up church, your redemption draws with NI. But if you weren’t saved and living for the Lord, without Christ you will miss heaven. Time is quickly running out. Jesus tells the church to work for the night cometh and no man shall work. The Bible tells us that the time will come when we can’t tell one season from another.

Look around new. Families are torn apart by drugs and abuse. Everything is a mess. Children disobedient to parents, parents can’t control their children, children seem to think they are their own boss. This is not God’s will. Obey your parents that your days may be long upon the earth. That’s why prisons are full. Children need to be brought up in the church. But with ball games always on Sunday how can they be in church and on the ball field? It’s up to the parents. The Bible tells us to train up our children in the fear and admiration of the Lord. Proverbs 22 tells us to train our children in the way we should go and when he is old, he won’t depart from us.

The next time we might hear could be the trumpet, Are you ready? What about your family? I hope you make ready for his coming.

Yours in Christ Jesus,

Rev. Teresa Reid
