Woman of the Most High God: If God delivered Job, he’ll deliver you

We read in the Old Testament about a man whose name was Job. He had a wife and family. He was a wealthy man. He believed in God. He knew God would deliver him.

God allowed the devil to bring trouble upon Job and his family. God told the devil that he could not take his life. Job lost everything he had period his wife, his family, his cattle, everything he had was lost, even his servants.

Job’s wife told him to curse God and died. Job told her she talked like a foolish woman. Even through all of these things, he never blamed God. His trust was in his God. Job sat in ashes. His friends came to visit him, but they were no comfort. They told job God was punishing him, but that was not true. Job never lost faith in his God.

God came down and talked to a Job. Job ask God several questions, but God asked him where was he when God created the universe. God did restore back to job all that he had and more. God never left him. His eyes were always upon job, and his eyes are always upon you.

He will never leave nor forsake you. He promised us that. And he is a God of his word. What are you going through?

God is able to bring you through if only you let him. Nothing is too hard for my God to do. He’s the same yesterday, today and forever. He loves you. He wants you to have that abundant life he promised us, if only we can believe.

Are you bound by drugs, alcohol, pornography? God is able to deliver you and set you free. Jesus wants this for you, and so do I. He can and will make a big change in you, if only you allow him to.

Are you wondering where God is? He is watching down on you to set you free from the things the devil has put upon you. Jesus is your only hope. Call upon him today. Tell him you are tired of the life you are living and putting your family through.

John 3:16-17 Tells us that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. It tells us that he didn’t come to condemn the world, but that the world through him can be saved. He is not willing that any perish, but all come to repentance.

Jesus is calling on your name today. Will you answer his call? I pray you do.

Yours in Christ Jesus,

Rev. Teresa Reid
