Jeremiah 29:13 tells us that when we seek God, we shall find him when we search for him with our whole heart. In verse 12, it tells us that when we call upon him and shall pray unto him, that he will hearken unto us. In verse 11, he tells us, “For I know my thoughts toward you. Those of peace and not of evil to give you an expected end.”
God wants only good for you. God is everywhere. He’s not hidden. He knows who you are. He knows more about you than you know about yourself. Are you looking to find God? Do you know who God really is?
It’s not enough to know of God, you must really know him as your personal savior, and he wants to be your friend who sticketh closer than a brother. He tells us to call upon him and he will answer us. We will find him when we search for him with all of our hearts.
Jesus tells us to seek his face, and when we do, do it with our whole heart. We can say with my whole heart, I will seek you. Who can help you besides God? Nobody. He is the only person that can give us eternal life. It is only through the precious blood of Jesus. Man cannot help you. He cannot even help himself.
God created us and we must depend on God for all of our needs. Are you seeking to find God? Seek him while he can be found. People are looking for pleasure in the things of this world. The bible tells us that there is pleasure in sin for a season, but that season is rapidly running out.
Jesus is the only one that can give us peace and joy, and to give us abundant life. He is the only one that can save you in the end. Jesus tells us to come unto him, and he will give you rest. Cast all of your cares on him because he cares for you.
If I make my bed in hell, Jesus is there. Jesus isn’t lost, people are. Are you seeking to find God? He’s waiting on your call. You will find him, he isn’t lost or hard to find. Seek him while there is still time.
Time is running out. We are so close to the coming of the Lord. Are you looking for peace and joy? You will only find it in Jesus. I pray that you will call upon his name. He tells us that if we confess with our mouth and believe with our heart, we shall be saved. And the bible also tells us if we call upon the Lord, we shall be saved. Call upon him today.
Yours in Christ Jesus,
