Woman of the Most High God: God wants to med your broken heart

Has your life been broken into pieces? Maybe sickness, death of a loved one. Have you lost your job, your home? Has divorced broken your home in two? Christ wants to help you today.

Maybe you once knew him as your savior but today you aren’t serving him. You don’t have to go to church anymore. Maybe you feel he has let you down. You think he doesn’t care about what happens to you. Jesus still loves you and wants to mend your broken heart.

He can still use you if you will allow him to. Jesus is married to the backslider. He is not willing that any perish but that all come to repentance. Backs ladder, he wants you to come back home. Jesus isn’t looking for the perfect person. There is none perfect, only Jesus Christ. Singing groups don’t sing anymore. People don’t use the gifts God has given them. People don’t go to church anymore. The Bible tells us we need to attend church faithfully. We need to take our children and grandchildren to church.

People get discouraged. They put their eyes on people and not on God. Money and homes have overtaken men’s lives. Money won’t get you into heaven, and you are not taking your home with you. If God is for you who can be against you?

Romans 8:35 says who or what shall separate you from the love of God? Shall tribulation, distress, or persecution or famine or nakedness or peril or sword? Romans 8:37 tells us that we are more than conquerors through him that loved us and gave his life for us.

Romans 8:38-39 tells us that we must be persuaded that neither life nor death nor angels nor principalities nor power nor things present nor things to come can separate us from the love of God.

We have victory through Jesus Christ our Lord. We must take our burdens to the Lord and leave them at Jesus’s feet. The battle is not ours. It belongs to Jesus. He will fight our battles for us. Give them to Jesus.

Yours in Christ Jesus,

Rev. Teresa Reid
