Tuesday night drug raid lands two individuals behind bars

GRAFTON—Two individuals are behind bars, after yet another drug raid performed by the Grafton City Police Department on Tuesday night.

According to officials, Justin Allen Shultz, 27, of Grafton, is being charged with felonious delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and felon in possession of a firearm following the raid.

Additionally, Whitely Michelle Hill, 25, of Grafton, is being charged with felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

According to officers, the department secured and executed a search warrant at 300 Moritz Avenue, Room 16, in Grafton.

After gaining entry into the room, the police department detained two individuals before securing the area for the search. During the execution of the warrant, officers confiscated drugs, including methamphetamine and LSD, along with two firearms, cash and other items.

Both Shultz and Hill were arrested and process before being taken to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, to await arraignment. Hill and Shultz were arraigned on Wednesday afternoon. Shultz is currently being held on a $25,000 cash/surety bond, while Whitley is being held on a $15,000 cash/surety bond.
