PRUNTYTOWN– Do you have any special plans for Valentine’s Day? Did time slip away from you, and you forget to make plans or a reservation? If so, Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) has got you covered.
As a fundraiser for the school’s newly founded Leadership Development Course, TCMS invites you to join them for the “Honey I Forgot About Valentine’s Day Dinner and Game Night.”
The evening will be packed full of fun for individuals and their sweethearts in honor of the holiday.
Couples will be treated to entertainment throughout the night, featuring the “Not So Newlywed Game”.
According to TCMS Counselor and Leadership Development Course Instructor Jerry Dooley, couples who wish to volunteer for the game will have their names drawn at random. The first four couples drawn will be invited to participate in the game, where they will be putting their relationship knowledge to the test by answering a series of questions about one another.
The event is slated for Saturday, February 22, at 5:00 p.m. and will be set up throughout the school’s auditorium and commons area.
Tickets for the evening are priced at $15 per couple, or $8 per person. Ticket prices include a delightful catered meal comprised of rigatoni, salad, bread and a dessert, along with your choice of water, tea or coffee to drink.
Grab your Valentine and enjoy an evening out together, while supporting the youth of Taylor County.
All proceeds from this event will go towards the Leadership Course’s upcoming trip to Mingo County in April.
