TCAC welcomes you to the darker side of art with Black Magic Wunderbox

GRAFTON—Spooky season is here, and the Taylor County Arts Council (TCAC) will be showcasing an exhibit that is sure to get you in the Halloween mood.

Join the council as they welcome artists Kelly Hyatt and Matt Helmick to Gallery 62 West during their showing of “The Black Magic Wunderbox.”

“This art exhibition will lead you into a surreal world of wings and bones, color and contrast, vintage frames and sculpture,” said a TCAC representative. “The Black Magic Wunderbox is a place where you’ll find magical surprises with every step.”

This interactive showing will have guests immersed in fun and excitement as they take part in a future foreseeing Wunderbox, visit a Tarot Tree or take in unique artworks.

“Come check out the thematic music and a showing you won’t soon forget,” exclaimed the TCAC member.

The Black Magic Wunderbox will be on display at Gallery 62 West from now until the end of the month, with additional showings on November 4-6. 

Guests may stop by the gallery from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. daily Friday through Sunday. The Wunderbox may also be seen by special appointment. To schedule a visit, please call the TCAC at 304-265-5500.

“This hauntingly amazing show is sure to be fun for art fans of all ages, so be sure to stop by and take in these one-of-a-kind sights and sounds,” the TCAC member imparted.
