Taylor County has fortieth confirmed case of COVID-19, brings county to 18 active and 22 recovered cases

TAYLOR COUNTY—Today, Friday, July 24, Doctor David Bender, County Health Officer announced that the Grafton-Taylor County Health Department has confirmed Taylor County’s fortieth positive case of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) involving a Taylor County resident.

The patient, who is in their seventies (70’s), is currently in isolation at their home.

Epidemiological investigation to include contact tracing is currently underway, with community spread suspected.

This brings Taylor County to a total of seventeen (18) active Covid-19 cases.
