Taylor County has 27th and 28th confirmed cases of COVID-19

Brings total active cases to 12

TAYLOR COUNTY—Doctor David Bender, County Health Officer announced today, Friday, July 17, that the Grafton-Taylor County Health Department has confirmed Taylor County’s twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth positive cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) involving Taylor County residents.

The patients, who are in their fifties (50’s), are currently in isolation at their homes.

Epidemiological investigation to include contact tracing is currently underway, with initial investigations showing community spread with each of these new cases.

This brings Taylor County to a total of twelve (12) active Covid-19 cases.
