Taylor County has 119th and 120thconfirmed cases of COVID-19

Brings county case count to 8 Active, 106 Recovered, & 6 Deaths

TAYLOR COUNTY--Doctor David Bender, County Health Officer today, Monday, September 21, announced that the Grafton-Taylor County Health Department has confirmed Taylor County’s 119th and 120th positive cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) involving Taylor County residents.

The patients, who are in their 50’s, are currently in isolation at their home(s).

Epidemiological investigation to include contact tracing is currently underway.

This brings Taylor County to a total of 8 active Covid-19 cases.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, everyone is urged to follow best health practices as issued by the Governor’s Executive Orders and outlined by the WV Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR).
