Taylor County has 111th & 112th confirmed cases of COVID-19

Brings county COVID count to 30 active, 76 recovered and 6 deaths

TAYLOR COUNTY--Doctor David Bender, County Health Officer today announced, Wednesday, September 9, that the Grafton-Taylor County Health Department has confirmed Taylor County’s 111th & 112th positive cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) involving Taylor County residents.

The patients – one of whom is an employee at the Tygart Lake Lodge Restaurant, who are in their teens and 20’s, are currently in isolation at their homes.

Epidemiological investigation to include contact tracing is currently underway, with community spread confirmed.

This brings Taylor County to a total of 30 active Covid-19 cases.
