TAYLOR COUNTY—The Taylor County Grand Jury convened on Monday September 14, for their September Term, and heard 20 cases, handing down indictments on various charges including kidnapping, fleeing, drug charges and more.
Among those indicted was 34-year-old Joshua Lee Milburn, of Gypsy, WV, who was indicted for fleeing in a vehicle from law enforcement, showing reckless indifference for the safety of others; wanton endangerment involving a firearm; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; and kidnapping.
Additionally, Brian Marquis Knighten, age 38, of Waynesboro, MS, was charged with two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm; persons prohibited from possessing firearms; Unlawful assault; and kidnapping.
Kristein Shay Odell-Minor, age 26, of Shinnston, was charged with kidnapping, aiding or abetting kidnapping and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Jeffrey Isaac Edward Davis, age 18, of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of incest.
Thomas Harte, age 52, of Flemington, was indicted for sexual assault in the first degree and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian in the second degree.
Charles P. Martin, age 32, of Carolina, WV, was charged with fleeing in a vehicle from law enforcement, showing reckless indifference for the safety of others.
Carlos Raydell Fernandez, age 29, of Philadelphia, PA, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, persons prohibited from possessing firearms and conspiracy.
Kenneth L. Riley, age 54, of Bridgeport, was charged by the grand jury for burglary.
Chad Kennedy, age 43, of Grafton, was indicted for one count of Grand Larceny.
Clinton Keith Beaver, age 49, of Grafton, was charged with attempted grand larceny.
Terry Wesley Moon, age 52, of Tunnelton, was indicted for fraudulent schemes and forgery.
Terry Lee Adams, age 27, of Fairmont, was charged with felony destruction of property.
Donald Gene Parks, Jr., age 46, of Newburg, faced indictment for driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol, third or subsequent offense.
Additionally, Briston Skidmore, age 32, of Grafton; Shane Allen Grow, age 40, of Grafton; Zachary Steven, age 36, of Bridgeport; and William J. Ward, age 50, of Grafton were all indicted for felony escape.
Finally, Jason Lyons, age 38, of Grafton; Priscilla Lewis, age 62, of Grafton; and Morgan Wilgis, age 27, of Rowlesburg were all charged by the grand jury for failure to appear.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty, and each are awaiting hearings and trials for their alleged crimes.
