TAYLOR COUNTY—Members of the Taylor County Emergency Medical Squad has released their call volumes for the month of October.
The squad answered approximately 300 calls during the month, including 126 emergency medical calls.
Crews handled 133 non-emergency calls, which included 26 patient transports to medical services, along with Inter Hospital Transports.
Taylor County EMS also had five standby’s during the month of October, and assisted with two landing zones for HealthNet.
The squad provided two mutual aid calls to Flemington Emergency Squad and one for Preston County EMS.
