Stanley Alan Bartlett, 62, of Grafton, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at Ruby Memorial Hospital with his loving family by his side.
He was born January 13, 1955 in Grafton, a son of the late Lowell Mason Bartlett, and he is survived by his Mother, Ethel Phillips Bartlett, Grafton. Stanley is survived by his wife Cathy Bartlett, they were united in marriage June 27, 1988.
He graduated from Grafton High School, and was currently working at Tygart Lake Lodge and previously at Grafton City Hospital. He enjoyed that job because he was able to be outdoors. Stanley loved to fish and especially riding his Harley. He was a Boy Scout leader with Troop 6.
He is survived by three children, Casey Bartlett, Anginena Bartlett both of Grafton, Robert Austin, CA; two grandchildren, Charles Bartlett, Calliope Bartlett both of Grafton; two sisters, Linda Boyles and husband Raymond, Fairmont, Nena Benyon and husband William, Naples, FL; two brothers, Philip Bartlett, Thornton, and Charles Bartlett and wife Lana, Parkersburg, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Shirley Lucas; one brother, Lowell “Sonny” Bartlett; and one son, Michael Anderson.
Friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home 202 McGraw Ave. Grafton, on Wednesday, April 26, from 4:00-8:00 p.m., and on Thursday, April 27, from 9:00 a.m., until time of services at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Scott Shafer officiating. Interment will follow at Bluemont Cemetery.
