GRAFTON—Most of the residents of Taylor County are unaware of a new multi-million-dollar sports complex that is opening soon and is just a short twenty-minute drive away from most communities in Taylor County.
The Bridge Sporting Complex that is slated to open in Bridgeport at the end of this month.
With 156,000 square feet of courts, turf, aquatics, fitness and more, The Bridge is the premium gathering space for sports, recreation and wellness in North Central West Virginia.
The facility boasts one indoor turf field, six hardwood basketball courts, six volleyball courts, one competition pool and one warmup pool, fitness center and group training rooms, elevated running track, indoor climbing area, flexible meeting and event spaces, along with a cafe and concessions.
They are offering a slew of sporting summer camps for kids, including everything from swimming to baseball and football, along with volleyball and basketball.
Adults aren’t left out either with numerous opportunities for them, as well.
The complex will offer 35 plus Basketball leagues and Soccer Leagues along with Volleyball, Kickball and Softball adult leagues.
