Rotary Students of the Month recognized

GRAFTON—On October 16, Rotary’s First Student of the Month for 2019-2020 school year luncheon was held at Grafton High School. 

The ProStart Class taught by Bonnie Woods prepared and served an Italian themed lunch.    

Rotary President Greg Cartwright and member Lorraine Isner presented  Student of the Month certificates for each of the students, a book entitled “365 Daily Motivations” and logic puzzles to each of the students. 

Representing the Sophomore class were Katelyn Detamore,  daughter of  Jennifer and Kenny Detamore and Aiden Fancher, son of  Danielle and the late Raymond Fancher. 

Representing the Junior class were Brylee Knotts, daughter of Melissa and Bruce Knotts and Conor Goldizen,  son of Amber and Ryan Goldizen.

These outstanding students are very active in sports, clubs and leadership roles at Grafton High School and in their community. 

Looking toward the future,  they are interested in careers in law, engineering, marine biology and graphic arts.
