Ronnie was a graduate of Flemington High School Class of 1956 and then served his country honorably in the United States Army.  He began his career with Harman Construction in Grafton and then WV Paving where he retired as a roller operator after many years of service. He was a hard worker not only on the job, but also at home, always taking care of things and especially mowing the lawn.  His sense of humor will never be forgotten, whether it was his jokes and pranks or his many funny hats he liked to wear to get a laugh from others.  Ronnie also enjoyed bus trips with his wife Shirley.  His greatest enjoyment and love though was his great-grandchildren, that he always enjoyed being around.
