GRAFTON— The area has recently welcomed a new business that serves as the perfect location to pamper yourself without driving out of the county.
Serenity Nails, located at 4 Harman Plaza, Grafton, opened their doors in November and since has been the go-to spot for residents to receive high-end manicures and pedicures done by experienced, licensed nail technicians in an upscale and professional environment.
Owner Steven Duong shared that he has been in the nail industry for over 20 years and has successfully operated multiple salons in states including Georgia and Alabama, as well as others in West Virginia located in Bridgeport and Beckley and is excited to be here in small town Grafton.
He commented that thus far, the people of Grafton have been very supportive of his new business venture.
“We are happy to be here serving people in Grafton, West Virginia with the best most up-to-date nail care. We have had a steady flow of customers since opening, which has been really nice,” Duong said.
With five manicure stations and five top-of-the-line pedicure chairs the salon offers everything from basic manicures, acrylic sets, crystal gel powder sets and gel polish, with a wide color selection, to several different types of pedicures, including Swedish and Royal pedicures, in addition to nail repair, nail art and more, all offered at a fair, competitive price.
At Serenity Nails, Duong and his nail technicians place customer satisfaction as a top priority, standing by their work and doing their best to ensure each patron leaves happy and eager to return.
“We won’t charge on any repairs, cut down or to fix a chip on your nails within seven days from the day you got them done,” Duong announced.
And while the establishment does have a “No Refund Policy” they are willing to do their best to resolve any issue a customer may have.
“If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, we will do our best to fix them to your liking,” he added.
Although opening a business in the midst of a pandemic is no easy feat, Duong and the rest of his crew are taking all the necessary precautions to keep their customers safe from the spread if COVID-19, with the installation of partitions on all of their manicure stations, as well as suppling a sanitizing station and following the governor’s mask mandate, wearing masks themselves and asking those who enter to mask up before doing so.
“We know this year has been rough, but we see the strength of the people here and wish to do our part to keep everyone who visits us healthy,” expressed Duong.
