She was born in Simpson, WV on February 11, 1942, a daughter of the late Russell and Mazella Mayle. Fay is survived by her husband of 53 years, Joseph A. Dobbins.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Dobbins is survived by two sons: Patrick John Dobbins and wife Carla of Flemington, and Joseph Albert Dobbins II and wife Tina of Beaufort, SC; three brothers and one sister: Charles “Bucky” Mayle and wife Barbara of Ionia, MI, Jonathan “Johnny” Mayle of Philippi, Jimmy Mayle of Simpson, and Doris Ann Greathouse and husband Jack of Flemington; four grandchildren: Zane Marshall, Zoe Marie, Samantha Brooke, and Gracie Morgan and two great-grandchildren: Evan Alexander and Alexis Brooke; a sister-in-law,

Fay was employed in her early years at the Shirt Factory in Grafton and then more recently worked in housekeeping at Rosewood Nursing Center, which she greatly enjoyed.
