Tygart Valley Rehabilitation & Fitness is offering several classes such as: Circuit/Fitness, SilverSneakers ROM, Dance off the Pounds, Step/Toning, Flo Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga.

From Barbells to bikes, the fitness center provides many options, including those that will help you see results.  Some of the equipment, like weight machines, can isolate specific muscle groups for definition or to rehab muscles after an injury.

New members to Tygart Valley Rehabilitation & Fitness pay only $28.00 a month.  Looking for a discount?  Pay ahead!  Members paying for six months get a 6% discount and pay only $158.00 and members paying for 12 months get a 10% discount and pay only $302.00.

There are other discounts available as well, senior citizens (55 and over) pay $24.00 a month, Grafton High Students pay $22.00 a month and Grafton City Hospital employees receive free membership.

Want to get healthy as a family?  The family rate, for a family of three or more members living in the same household, is only $65.00 a month, inclusive of all members.

There are also additional services for a fee, such as Nutritional Counseling and Personal Training.  The additional fee is determined and posted on an advertised case by case basis.

Appalachian Flow WV Yoga is also open to new members for 2020.  The gorgeous, relaxing yoga studio is centrally located downtown at 42 West Main Street in Grafton.
