Deborah Marie Johnson, 65, of Moatsville, passed away Friday, January 27, 2017, at her residence with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Dade County, FL. on June 6, 1951, a daughter of the late Frederick Thomas and Sudia Marie Tipton Martin. Deborah is survived by her husband Michael Tim Johnson, they were united in marriage June 22, 1975.
She was a Union Carpenter with Local Union 604/436, Deb loved to do many things in her life and these were just a few of her interest; carpentry, gardening, artistry, pottery, stain glass, and stone masonry. Deb and her husband designed and built the home they live in. She loved to do many things, that keep life interesting for her.
Deb is survived by her sister, Sherry Dailey and husband, Richard, of Eugene, OR, niece, Gabby Lauf, of Eugene, OR; mother-in-law, Dortha W. Johnson, two brother- in- laws, Rev. Jimmy Johnson and wife, Kathy, and Dan Johnson and wife, Tina, all of Moatsville, one sister-in-law, Roberta Swearingen, of North, SC; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, on Sunday, January 29, 2017, from 2:00-8:00 p.m., and on Monday, January 30, 2017, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 30, 2017, at Bartlett Funeral Home, with Rev. Jimmy Johnson officiating.
