Coaches welcome 55 campers to GHS Basketball Camp

GRAFTON—The Grafton High School basketball camp finished last Wednesday night at the Scotty Hamilton Gymnasium. Coach Michael Johnson and Coach Andrew Moore welcomed over 55 campers to this year’s event as this was the most that either coach could remember.

“This camp was a great success and hopefully the campers learned something new but most importantly we hope they had fun,” said Coach Moore. “We have a great staff of coaches and former players that helped make this a great event,” he added.

The campers learned the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting and playing defense in the three evening camp.

“I would like to thank Michael Johnson, Becky Kittle, Hartsel Keener, Arthur Knight, Siera Gabbert, Jeff May, Dylan Dinaldo, Janel Kittle, Lindsay Dawson, Megan Kisner, Tiffany Bolyard, Brooklynn Teeple, Blake Moore, Dylan Massie, Logan Beltner and Ally Peters for helping out and making this event possible,” said Moore.
