Before things heat up, let Quality Home Comfort Heating and Cooling help

TAYLOR COUNTY—With a reputation of impeccable service, Quality Home Comfort Heating and Cooling remains open to help service the heating, cooling and plumbing needs of residents.

Holding customer service and satisfaction as a top priority, the business, located at 108 Manley Street, Grafton, across the railroad tracks from Circle K, is currently focusing on helping residents gear up for warmer weather, providing maintenance on outdoor air conditioner condenser units.

“Right now, it is all about maintenance, so that residents aren’t faced with a bigger issue in the future,” said Quality Home Comfort’s Manager Linda Kimble. “Our staff of highly skilled and trained service personnel are ready to help out whenever we can!”

In order to help ensure that condensers are working properly, technicians are ready and on standby to assist.

During a routine inspection of the machinery, they will clean economizer filters, examine condenser motors for defective wiring, check for stress fractures in condenser blades and take a look at condenser coils.

“If there are bent fins in the coils, they will be straightened and cleaned, as needed,” Kimble revealed.

The technicians will also check the condition of air filters, belts, pulleys, drains, refrigerant levels and so much more. Before leaving, a recalibration of the unit’s thermostat will also take place.

The inspection covers the machine from top to bottom. And those who take advantage of their preventative maintenance service until the end of April will be treated to a Spring Special of just $75.99.

“With the weather warming up, springtime is the perfect time to get out and make sure that these units are in proper working order, and are providing top-notch service to residents,” Kimble expressed.

In addition to preventative maintenance, Quality Home Comfort Heating and Cooling is offering installation of units for those wishing to keep their homes cooler this summer.

“We can also offer financing for our customers, to help offset the total cost of installation,” Kimble shared. “We want to help our customers as much as we can, from our competitive pricing to our payment plans.”

She noted that the company works closely with vendors who offer reasonable pricing, allowing Quality Home Comfort to pass those savings down to their customers.

In addition to the installation and maintenance of heating and cooling units, the company also offers plumbing service that can be utilized 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling their emergency line.

“We currently have three licensed plumbers on staff to assist residents,” Kimble shared.

She added that the company truly values a job done well and at a great price, and that they would love to help individuals with their heating, cooling, refrigeration and plumbing needs.

“There have been some rumors going around of our closing, but that’s just not true. We are not closing our doors,” Kimble voiced. “We are still open and ready to serve. Free estimates are also given for services, so don’t hesitate to contact us, today!”
