Authorities seeking information on wanted individuals

TAYLOR COUNTY—Two individuals are wanted by law enforcement officials, after absconding from the Taylor County Community Corrections Program.

Manuel Moore is wanted in Taylor County on the charges of grand larceny, conspiracy and failure to appear. He was last seen on June 7, 2021.

Moore is described being in his late 30s or early 40s, having dark brown hair, brown eyes and tattoos on his left arm and right torso.

In addition, officials are seeking information on the whereabouts of Amber Starkey, who is wanted in Taylor County on the charges of grand larceny and conspiracy, as well as Barbour County for child neglect creating risk of injury and escape. She was last seen on November 5, 2021.

She is described as being in her mid 30s, having natural dark brown hair but has been known to dye it various colors including red and purple. Starkey also has multiple tattoos and numerous facial piercings.

Both individuals are believed to be in the Webster area of Taylor County and are believed to be traveling together.

Program Director Tammy Narog shared that all tips will remain confidential and urged anyone who has any information to come forward and help bring these individuals back into custody.
