AJES staffers serve up a fun back-to-school event for students, families

GRAFTON—Anna Jarvis Elementary School celebrated the return to school by having an Open House on September 7 from 5:00-7:00 p.m..

Students and their families were invited to attend a fun-filled evening that included a magic show for the students and dinner for everyone from Chick-Fil-A.

As families entered the school, they were greeted by the Chick-Fil-A cow and stopped for a photo opportunity.

Mark Clayton entertained the students with his show “Reading Cadabra,” while families visited classrooms for an informational session with their child’s teacher.

Following the sessions, families were given Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, chips, and a drink provided by the school.

The staff at Anna Jarvis would like to thank all those who attended.  It was “our pleasure” to greet, inform, and visit with each of you.
